All items ordered from "Sandy by the Sea Designs" are made when ordered, creating a custom made, special order piece specifically for you.
Most orders can be completed in an average of 3-5 days, depending on the size of the order. Each item is started when your order is submitted, creating a custom order. Additional time may be needed to complete large orders.
Our fabrics are all natural and may contain raised nubs and nap. This is typical of the type of fabrics used and enhances the coastal appearance that makes these items one-of-a-kind.
When you place an order with "Sandy by the Sea Designs" you are required to provide billing and shipping information. Your credit card is not billed until the order is shipped. It is customary to charge a small deposit (20%) if your order is over $300.00.
ITEMS THAT MAY NOT BE RETURNED: Any item that is identified as "Special Order" or "Custom Made" cannot be returned.
